Leadership in Action

Passionate about protecting our lakes? Ready to be the change in your community? Join us in protecting and improving water quality in the Upper Tippecanoe Watershed!

We are seeking passionate, community-minded leaders to join our active and engaged Board of Directors.

Board Members attend TWF’s annual Dance at Tippy, 2020.

Our board members

  • Volunteer their time and talents to guide and advance our mission
  • Represent lakes and towns across our watershed, from Whitley to Noble to Kosciusko County.
  • Build strong community connections.
  • Shaping and sustaining our organization’s future.
  • Bring diverse skills, experiences, and perspectives to nonprofit leadership.
  • Share a vision of clean, healthy lakes now and for future generations.
TWF’s Board of Directors comes together for Holiday Brunch, 2024.
What to Expect

As a board member, you will meet other water-focused, lake-loving individuals who share your desire to keep our lakes healthy. As a part of your service, you will attend monthly board meetings and serve on a committee (3-5 hours monthly).

Lee Pasko

You’ll come in contact with others who have generations of love for our lakes, like Lee Pasko, who recently joined the TWF Board of Directors. He says, “Joining the TWF Board is an opportunity to give back and help protect the lakes and streams that have brought so much joy to my family and our community.”

To learn more about board service, view our current Board of Directors and check out our blog, where you’ll find stories from current and past board members like Alex Hall, Natalie Fierek, and Aggie Sweeney.

Are you ready to use your skills and experience to make a real difference in your community? Come share your story and build a lasting legacy with TWF. Board openings are now available for 2026!
