From education to citizen science, we offer people of all ages opportunities to keep our lakes healthy.
From government to business, we build local partnerships to protect and improve water quality.
From healthy soils to healthy shorelines, we stop water pollution at its source – on the land.
Since 1997, we’ve worked to protect the lakes and streams of the Upper Tippecanoe River Watershed. Our lakes contribute so much to quality of life here — including over $313 million annually to our local economy. Clean water is truly our most precious resource.
But climate change, invasive species, development, and pollution all threaten the long-term health of our lakes and surrounding communities. That’s why we take a big-picture, proactive approach to protecting our watershed from ever-changing threats — now and for the future.
Watch and see what makes our land and lakes so special — and so worth protecting!
