Winona Lake Cottage Tour and Art Auction Raise Nearly $20K for Clean Water

With blue skies, sunshine, and brisk fall weather, September 7 was a gorgeous day to cruise beautiful Winona Lake. 105 cottage tour participants visited 6 homes, each with their own unique history, architecture, and stunning lake views. Later, we gathered at Port Winona Wine + Market to celebrate another successful event. It was the perfect way to wind down a wonderful day on the lake.

Here’s the best part: our 2024 Winona Lake Cottage Tour raised over $14,000! What’s more, our first-ever Art for Healthy Lakes Auction, which ended September 8, raised close to $6,000. That’s almost $20,000 to support clean, healthy water in our communities.

We can’t say thank you enough to the lake-loving participants, gracious homeowners, talented artists, generous sponsors, and enthusiastic volunteers who made this summer’s events so successful. Together, net proceeds from our two cottage tours and online art auction totaled $38,750! Because of your generosity, TWF can continue taking action to protect and improve water quality throughout our watershed.
