Our Staff
Taking Action in the Office
Lyn Crighton
Executive Director
Lyn holds a Masters degree in Environmental Science from Indiana University and worked for nearly a decade on statewide environmental education for the DNR. In 2007, she joined TWF, coming home to the lakes that inspired her career. As Executive Director, Lyn leads TWF in its mission and strategic goals. She finds joy in working with all of the amazing people who love our lakes and support TWF, from our staff to our Board to our partners.
Born and raised in Kosciusko County, Lyn moved to Lake Tippecanoe as a teenager and lives there today. When not protecting the lakes she loves, she’s likely found on the lake, whether water skiing at sunrise, kayaking, paddle boarding, or soaking in the sun with friends and family.
Paige Hubner
Development & Operations Manager
Paige oversees daily operations, as well as our communications and stewardship efforts. She manages staff, communicates with our board, coordinates events, and helps create policies, procedures, and other tools that keep TWF running smoothly, effectively, and sustainably. She enjoys learning more about our supporters and their special connections to the lakes in our watershed.
A lifelong Warsaw area resident, Paige grew up spending as much time as possible at Center, Pike, and Winona Lakes – especially the high dive at Center Lake. These days, she lives in Warsaw with her husband and their old schnauzer. She loves quilting, sewing, watercolors, documentaries, and live music.
Tyson Baker
Communications Manager
Tyson supports and promotes all aspects of TWF’s mission through marketing and outreach. She holds a B.A. in Media and Public Communications from Purdue University and brings over a decade of experience in strategic communications, marketing, and project management to her role.
Tyson has a strong connection to local lakes, having spent childhood summers at her grandmother’s house on Oswego Lake and now residing on Lake Tippecanoe. She and her husband, Luke, are the proud parents of two daughters. They enjoy spending time on the lake, traveling, playing board games, watching sports, and golfing.
Ashley Rose
Administrative Assistant
Ashley supports daily operations, maintaining records, assisting with bookkeeping, coordinating volunteers, and more. She’s one of the friendly faces you’ll see when you walk into our office! Ashley holds a BS in Political Science from IU South Bend and is excited to learn more about our watershed and gain experience in nonprofit work.
A Syracuse native, Ashley loves to spend as much time outdoors as possible, exploring local spots like Pisgah Marsh and the Winona trails with her dog. She’s also a professional photographer with a thriving business and a houseplant enthusiast with a vast indoor collection.
Caitlin Yoder
Watershed & Snapshot Day Coordinator
Caitlin collaborates with partner organizations, coordinates fun and educational events, and communicates the importance of TWF’s mission throughout the community. She holds a BS in Business Administration and Accounting and a Certificate in Watershed Management from the Indiana Watershed Leadership Academy at Purdue University.
A Warsaw native, Caitlin now lives in Winona Lake with her husband, Vince, and their young sons, Theo and Fletcher. She loves being outdoors, including gardening, hiking local trails, playing in Cherry Creek, swimming, fishing, and watching fireworks over the lake with her family.
Brad Clayton
Watershed Conservationist
Brad has worked in and around agriculture from a young age. He holds a B.S. in Plant and Soil Sciences from Oklahoma State University and has spent his career supporting local farmers. He serves in several ag-related leadership roles, including as Associate Supervisor of the Kosciusko County Soil and Water Conservation District. As a Watershed Conservationist for TWF, Brad loves helping others learn how to improve our communities through soil health and clean water.
Brad grew up in North Webster, where he still lives today. When he’s not in the field, he works at Clayton Garden Center, the family business. He loves to read, hike, play drums, and watch movies.
Scott Zeigler
Watershed Conservationist
Scott has been involved in local agriculture his entire life. As a farmer, he raises a grass fed cow-calf herd on his family’s 100-acre homestead in Noble County. He also holds a B.S. in Land Survey Engineering and is a licensed professional surveyor, serving as Noble County Surveyor for 16 years and running his private survey business. As a Watershed Conservationist, he enjoys working with other farmers to promote soil health, increase profitability, and protect water quality.
Scott and his wife, Annette, love traveling by motorhome with their family. They’ve visited all 48 continental states and 3 Canadian provinces, but the Rocky Mountains are a favorite.
