We are sharing updates from an important watershed partner (and our office neighbor at the North Webster Community Center) the Tippecanoe Chapman Regional Sewer District.
Tippecanoe & Chapman Lakes RSD Announce New Office Hours
In line with its goal to collect the needed Easement Agreements and assist property owners with questions, the Tippecanoe and Chapman Lakes Regional Sewer District would like to inform you that effective December 15, 2021, the District’s operating office hours at the North Webster Community Center located at 301 N. Main St. North Webster, IN 46555 will continue from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the following dates:
The District office will be closed from December 23, 2021, through January 6, 2022, and will resume new operating office hours on January 7, 2022. During that time, the District will be open on Fridays for January and February. The dates are as follows:
The office is currently open to assist property owners with completing their Easement Agreements, discussing the location of their Grinder Pump Station, and answering any questions property owners may have about the overall project. A Notary Public is available to assist property owners at no cost with the completion of their Easement Agreements.
We encourage those property owners that have not returned their signed Easement Agreements to the District to do so as soon as possible or before the March 1, 2022 deadline.
Any property owner that has not received their Easement packet should immediately inform the District by calling the office at 574-226-8468. We thank you for your continued support and efforts in the completion of your Easement Packets and hope to see you at the new time.
